Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026  ·  Applies to: WristVault for iOS

Overview

WristVault is designed to be private by default. Your collection data lives on your device. We do not run analytics, we do not create accounts, and we do not sell or share any data about you.

Data collected by the app

WristVault does not collect personal data. All watch records, wear logs, service history, timing data, and collection notes are stored locally on your device using iOS on-device storage. Nothing is transmitted to CulloLabs or any third party as part of normal app use.

AI watch identification

WristVault includes an optional AI identification feature. When you use it, the photo or photos you choose to submit are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. No other data about your collection or your device is included in that request. Submitted photos are used only to process your identification request and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

You are never required to use the AI identification feature. It is opt-in each time you choose to submit a photo.

Backups and exports

If you use WristVault's backup or export feature, files are stored in the location you choose — for example, iCloud Drive, a local folder, or another cloud service you control. CulloLabs has no access to those files.

Analytics and crash reporting

WristVault does not include any analytics framework or crash reporting SDK. Apple may collect anonymised diagnostic data through standard iOS mechanisms if you have opted in to sharing with Apple — this is outside our control and covered by Apple's own privacy policy.

Children

WristVault is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way we will update the date above and, where relevant, note the change in the app's release notes.
